Write if you know a building with a condition worth writing up that is not here yet. Write if you think we have named the wrong condition for a hotel, and say which one you would have chosen and why. Write if something we have published is factually wrong. And write if you work for one of the hotels and want a correction made: we will check it against the published record and change what needs changing, at no cost and with nothing expected in return.

We do not take bookings, we do not hold reservations, and we do not pass enquiries on to hotels. If you want a room, the hotel itself is the only place to arrange it.

We read everything and answer most messages within a fortnight.
